PACK OUT

Before conducting the Pack Out stage, our Pack-It crew will go out to your residential or commercial property and take plenty of pictures of your unit’s pre-existing conditions. Then, our trained field technicians will pack, wrap, protect, & move your contents into boxes and away from harms way. Large items such as furniture will be disassemble, if need be, and wrapped to prevent dust, tear & wear.

INVENTORY

Simultaneously as our field technicians conduct the pack out of your personal contents, they will be inventorying and labeling every item, categorized by room using the sophisticated software - Contents Track. With Contents Track, we are able to designate each box or item a label which helps us keep track of what is in each box. In addition, if any furniture pieces or contents are water damaged, our technicians will document it by taking photos, detecting the amount of moisture in the material, and creating a Loss Sheet which will be sent directly to your insurance company.

Once the pack-out and the inventory process is complete, your contents will be stored away in either a pod container that will sit in front of your driveway for 24/7 access, a local storage facility, our climate controlled warehouse, or if preferred, in the comfort of your own garage! A big plus, is that you will always have access to your items while your property is being restored!

As soon as your property and YOU are ready to move back in, our crew will transport all your contents back to your place and conduct a Pack In. Before returning your items back into your home any contents/furniture pieces that are still savable will be thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. Thanks to the plenty of pictures we took in the Pack Out stage, we know exactly where everything goes and will unpack each box to their previous location as if nothing had happened!
